Help – Delivery Issues

I live in the UK, and I can only select first class postage. Why is this?

Unfortunately, this is a restriction placed upon all postage by Royal Mail, over which we have no control. They will no longer send parcels weighing over 2kg second class, which is why the second class post option is not available. Sadly, in most occasions, if the order is split into two or more parcels to send it second class, this usually ends up costing more than the combined first class postage.

However, we always send orders the cheapest method we can, within the confines of the selected class.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Of course. Simply check the box next to the Deliver to a Different Address section on the right hand side of the checkout, and enter the address.

I live locally to the office and want to be able to pick up my order, rather than having it posted. Can I do that?

Absolutely! We are always pleased to receive personal callers. If you want to pick an order up, just select the Collect from Office postage option in the Your Order section at the bottom of the checkout.

Please note: It is your responsibility to organise the collection of your order (but this really goes without saying!). It is also advisable to phone or allow at least one working day before coming to collect.
